Facility Rentals

The City rents several types of facilities and spaces to meet the community’s needs.  Rental rates and related costs for all facilities vary, depending upon type of space and renter category (Co-sponsored Group, Resident, Non-resident, Commercial).

Large Event Sites:  The Senior Center Main Hall holds up to 300 people and the Veterans Memorial Building holds up to 220.  Both have kitchens.  The Senior Center offers plenty of parking, and is adjacent to Centennial Community Park, which has been the site for several outdoor wedding ceremonies.

Small Event Sites:  Amador Recreation Center (capacity 125) and Century House (capacity 100) offer space for small events.  The Recreation Center is ideally located within Amador Valley Community Park, next to the Aquatic Center and children’s playground.  Century House offers the ambience of an 1870’s Victorian farmhouse.

Meeting Rooms:  We also offer seven different meeting rooms, with maximum capacities of 49 through 70, depending upon facility.

Picnic Areas:  Group picnic areas at Amador Valley Community Park (capacity 200), Sports and Recreation Community Park (capacity 200), and Val Vista Community Park (capacity 250) can be also reserved.

Gymnasiums:  Gyms at Harvest Park, Pleasanton and Hart middle schools could be rented for indoor sports games and tournaments after school hours, depending upon availability.  Please contact Delcea Wills at (925) 931-3447 for additional information.

Softball Fields:  For softball tournaments, many groups rent our Softball Complex located within the Sports and Recreation Community Park, 5800 Parkside Drive (corner of Hopyard Road and Parkside Drive).  For more information and availability, please contact Dan Villasenor at (925) 931-3437 or Marty Bell at (925) 931-3439.

Theater:  If you’re looking for theater space, the 591-seat Amador Theater at 1155 Santa Rita Road could be available for rehearsals and performances.  Visit the Amador Theater web page for more information.
