The Utility Billing Office is located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue (at the Civic Center near the Pleasanton Library). We are open Monday through Friday 7:30am to 5:30pm (excluding holidays). You can also call our office at (925) 931-5425.

As a reminder, utility bills can be paid by mail, at the City drop box located at 200 Old Bernal Avenue, over the phone with a credit card, in person at 200 Old Bernal Avenue or by signing up for the City Autopay program. Please review the link above for more details.
